ABOUT FRANZ MÖNKE
I’m a Postdoc in Organizational and Business Psychology at the University of Münster, Germany. As a curious IO psychologist, I study how new technologies and societal developments shape decision-making in organizations. This includes my PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) on the validity of social media assessments in selection. Translating IO psychology research into something that survives outside journal articles, for students and professionals, is an important part of my mission.
