ABOUT FRANZ KIRCHHOFF

Born and bred in the electrifying age of the \'80s and \'90s, I witnessed and participated in technology\'s breathtaking journey from blinking cursors to sophisticated AI algorithms. This journey has fuelled my innate desire to innovate and created an inherent tech imprint on my DNA.Currently enacting the role of Head of Process Modeling and Conceptual Design at Covestro, I am constantly on the lookout for opportunities to intertwine traditional engineering, modeling and business practices with the transformative power of cloud computing and data-driven solutions. My academic roots in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, melded with lifelong Computer Engineering practice enable me to wear different hats, bringing a unique perspective to business strategies, technical operations and IT alike.An advocate for agile leadership, I thrive on the kinetic energy that agile projects unleash within teams. Driving projects with fluidity, adaptability and a strong sense of collective purpose, I love to synchronize team rhythms to agile methodologies.In my spare time, I dabble in the artistic realm of choir singing, piano and cooking, invigorating my creative spirit. Fluent in German, English and Spanish and with a knack for the art of communication, I am always ready to connect, collaborate, and conquer new digital terrains.
