This results in insanely good agent quality and very low attrition. • No Deal Too Small - Many larger BPO providers require a minimum number of 25 FTE or more doing homogenous work to get their attention. However, no deal is too small for Global Virtual Staffing. If you want to start small with a heterogenous group of functions, no problem. We embrace the “staff augmentation” model and can find strong talent for our clients to remotely manage in just about any type of role. As a co-founder, I’ve spent over 30 years in the BPO space, managing large global operations with hundreds of clients spread across most verticals.
