We have strong relationships with local and regional landlords and tenants alike. Our team covers a wide range of industrial product, from small square foot flex deals to entire building leases as much as square feet. Our largest lease signed to date was over square feet. LAND SALES: We work directly with buyers and sellers on industrial land sales throughout Southwest Florida. We often see our development projects through the entire process, from land purchase to lease up. We understand the process every step of the way to maximize the value of your land. We closely track industrial land sales throughout Southwest Florida on a regular basis. INVESTMENT SALES: Our team works with investors and capital groups throughout the country to source off-market investment sales throughout Southwest Florida. Our most recent deal was an off-market $35 million portfolio in Naples, Fort Myers, and Punta Gorda consisting of four buildings and exceeding square feet. We have close relationships with debt and equity partners to understand local market dynamics and provide supreme value and service to our investment clients.
