Leader experienced in bringing new technology as exciting products to market. Frank focuses on taking new technology from visionary ideas, to launched, selling products in the Enterprise software space.Since joining Microsoft in 2014, Frank has launched new products across the Enterprise space from class leading no-code app creation (PowerApps), to workflow (Flow) and AI driven Virtual Agents (Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent).In 2010 Frank joined Couchbase, a NoSQL database software company where he was responsible for product management, most recently as VP of Products. He took Couchbase Server successfully from a distributed key-value store, to a high performance NoSQL document-oriented database and one of the leaders in the NoSQL sector, the biggest disruption to the database market in 30 years. Couchbase Server is deployed today by hundreds of household-name Enterprises like Aol, Cisco, Concur, LinkedIn, Orbitz, Salesforce.com, Shuffle Master and Zynga.Prior to Couchbase Frank joined his first enterprise infrastructure software company, Transitive, in 2001. After several years as a Lead Engineer there, working on Dynamic Binary Translation technology, he moved into pre-sales engineering, and was key in Transitive’s OEM business engagements. After building up and leading their world wide sales engineering team, Frank was responsible for the technical product management of the QuickTransit line of products, allowing Solaris/SPARC applications to run unmodified on Linux/x86. IBM acquired Transitive in early 2008.
