Through Sudell Tax, I bring more than 25 years of experience advising a wide variety of domestic and international organizations with respect to income tax matters associated with the formation, operation, growth, and divestiture of their businesses, as well as financial reporting and income tax compliance. Regardless of size, companies face similar income tax challenges which can appear complex, overwhelming, and burdensome to business executives and their internal teams. My goal is to simplify the tax management process by providing efficient management of the tax compliance process, reduce the burden on internal company resources, and providing the insight necessary for business leaders to make informed decisions.
