ABOUT GREG FRANKSON
A. Gregory (Greg) Frankson is a founder, CEO, author, speaker, and poet with over 20 years of professional experience in education and training, workplace culture, policy, governance, and arts administration. He helps clients in sectors such as technology, real estate, legal, and social services to improve their employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance. He also specializes in translating complex organizational knowledge — policies, standards, and subject-matter expertise — into structured learning programs that people can apply directly in their work. Greg is a certified teacher, event producer, and subject matter expert/consultant with a focus on equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI/DEI), accessibility, and anti-racism issues.Greg\'s most recent in-house role was as the Manager, EDI at Jewish Family & Child Service of Greater Toronto and he previously served as DEI and Anti-Racism Advisor for the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). In both roles, Greg supported organizational commitments to fostering more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and anti-racist workplace environments for staff, volunteers, clients, and members. He is also the artistic director for the Canadian Black Literary Festival/BlackLit Durham, a community-focused initiative in Ajax that features and amplifies Black Canadian voices of all literary genres. Greg\'s writings are published in multiple poetry collections, anthologies, and literary and journalistic publications. His debut work of creative nonfiction, Alphabet Soup: A Memoir in Letters, was published by Dundurn Press in January 2025.
