A dedicated career of leadership in strategic communications, relationship building and policy development, I am passionate about building relationships and building on the analysis with creative solutions. Enhancing strengths and collaborating on increasing equity in every aspect, both internal and external, diversity inclusion and equity are constant work areas that I strive to develop in my organization. I understand the importance of action coupled with influencing attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions. With a Masters in Conflict Studies from the University of Ulster where I graduated with distinction, I also hold a Bachelor of Arts from Seattle University with honors where I served as the student body president. In addition to a certificate in Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, I am mentor and advise diversity and equity issues. I\'m a son of two migrants and volunteer on the boards of four non-profit organizations.
