   I work in property risk management, advising corporate risk managers on improving the risk ranking of their asset-portfolios, indirectly supporting internal account management teams in the placement of property insurance. In this position, I contribute property risk control expertise through the course of providing the following services: • Advising on and negotiating risk control recommendations submitted by vendor and carrier risk engineers; • Monitoring risk profile status, concurrently providing updated reports to internal account management teams; • Analysis and compilation of COPE data into comprehensive packages to support insurance placement initiatives; • Providing special project consulting in a variety of high impact categories, such as business continuity planning and emergency preparedness; • Development of client service plans for use by vendor and carrier risk engineers to help ensure consistency and best allocation of engineering time for the purpose of properly addressing client needs; • Identifying and anticipating specific property loss potential conditions and collaborating with vendor and carrier risk engineers to help clients properly address such concerns.
