For over 30 years, Frank has been engaged in higher education philanthropy. Starting out as a development officer for academic units at Texas A&M University, Frank has led capital campaigns at The Citadel, the military college of South Carolina and now at St. Mary\'s Catholic Center, the largest Catholic campus ministry in the U.S, at Texas A&M and Blinn College in College Station, Texas. Frank is blessed to be married to his sweetheart of 40 + years, the former Debbie Schutze of Dallas, has 6 beautiful children, two sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law and 8 charming grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf with friends, attends a weekly bible study and, with Debbie, explore historical sights across the globe.
