Manage the Proposals Department, reporting to the Executive VP of Sales for The Judge Group. Responsible for winning RFP awards contributing to business development in cooperation with the sales team, landing new clients, and sustaining crucial existing business. Develop content for Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Information (RFI) responses for all divisions of Judge. Utilize experience and industry knowledge to create persuasive narratives on Judge\'s history, performance, success, geographic footprint, and financial strength in providing Global Managed Services for The Judge Group - specifically in areas of Staffing, Consulting and Training. Prioritize and provide multiple concurrent comprehensive RFP responses within client-assigned deadlines. Write proposals for commercial and government bids related to Judge\'s expertise in IT, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Healthcare and Clinical disciplines. Submit proposals in various forms: web portal (Ariba, Scout/Workday, Beeline, Coupa, Jaggaer, Bonfire, Zycus, Bidnet, PlanetBids, Emptoris), email and hard copy. Create and maintain searchable, archival information repository. Track and report Win/Loss ratio of proposal outcomes. Individual performance measured upon WINS.Prior experience at Judge encompasses all aspects of staffing industry production: Recruiting, Sales and Management. Disciplines served include Information Technology (predominately), Clinical/Medical/Healthcare, Engineering, Scientific, Finance & Accounting, Executive-level and Administrative.
