I use technology to make financial services work better — and I bring people along on the journey.Over the past 25+ years, I’ve built trading platforms from scratch at MarketAxess, launched new business lines at JPMorgan in Europe, helped shape execution technology at UBS, and most recently spent 7+ years at AWS driving cloud transformation for some of the world’s largest financial institutions — including growing revenue 100%+ YoY for a marquee banking client.What I’ve learned is that the work I do best sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and human connection. I thrive when I’m gaining insights with a team, developing a solution that didn’t exist before, and making the case to the people who need to believe in it. At JPMorgan Germany, that meant co-creating an ETD managed service and pitching it across Europe. At MarketAxess, it meant delivering a multi-asset bond trading platform — the largest IT project the firm had undertaken — while learning to live and work in a new country with my family. At AWS, it meant building a Go-To-Market education series that reached sellers across North America — and now, using generative AI tools extensively to accelerate Go-to-Market motions, determine market-solution fit for capital markets customers, and drive efficiency in research and operations.I’m energized by missions that are bigger than a job well done — where purpose is clear, collaboration is genuine, and fresh ideas are valued over organizational hierarchy.
