Assume the authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the physical plant operations for all AgeCare sites.Inspect the facilities on a scheduled basis, to ensure that the grounds, facility and equipment are maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures and all hazardous areas are properly identified.Review budgets with teams monthly to ensure they are staying within guidelines for expenditures and following appropriate process for procurement.Promotes communication and public relations internally between departments and externally with the community for the enrichment of quality resident care.Responsible to ensure proper training and education is provided and/ or completed by site maintenance departments.Review policies and procedures to ensure work tasks by the maintenance teams are performed in a way resident safety is the focus & promote a culture of safety.
