Dr. Frank P. James is a nationally recognized expert on Substance Use Disorder treatment, with a particular focus on Opioid Use Disorder. Dr James has a strong track record representing critical stakeholders from healthcare plans to individual providers, and patients, as a consultant and medical director, to advance access to evidence-based treatment, measures for positive outcomes, and alternative/value-based contracting and benefit coverage. Additionally, recognized as a Distinguished Fellow, Dr. James demonstrates his commitment to furthering access to treatment for all disorders of addiction and support for the practice of Addiction Medicine through active leadership with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
