Frank Omare brings extensive senior line management and ‘Big 4’ consulting experience in procurement & supply chain sustainability. He has worked in organisations such as Cadbury\'s, Coca-Cola, PwC and EY. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (FCIPS). Frank has a proven track record of inspiring followership, developing transformational change programs, and engaging the ‘hearts and minds’ of people at all levels. Frank currently works for SAP in Global Value Advisory for Procurement. His work helps to shape, position and deliver business value for customers investing in SAP Procurement portfolio of solutions. In this role, Frank helps organisations to transform and become more intelligent with higher levels of productivity, cost-reduction and employee experience.Frank has written blogs and presented at seminars/conferences on behalf of SAP. He has delivered guest lectures at University of Cambridge, London School of Economics and Cardiff Business School, UK. He is a member of Logistics & Operations Management Advisory Board at Cardiff Business School and contributed to the publication of “Digital Supply Chain Transformation: Emerging Technologies for Sustainable Growth”. Frank brings insights in procurement and supply chain, as a mentor on the University of Leeds Alumni Leadership Programme, to guide students as they begin planning their career. Frank has established his brand as an SAP expert in Sustainability and worked with an Executive Board Member to create and drive SAP’s corporate strategy for supplier diversity and embedding of social enterprises in the supply chain. He values diversity in all forms. At SAP, Frank is an active member of the Employee Networks. Outside of SAP, Frank supports a number of social impact causes. Frank is an Advisory Board Member and mentor for the Migrant Leaders charity - exciting initiative to support young migrants in the UK in the journey to develop their careers and to reach their full potential.
