ABOUT FRANK NOBLE

As a Board-level senior executive and director, I have led a diverse range of integrated services (health, care, benevolence, retail, accommodation, facilities, estate, catering, domestic services, events, incident response, safety, fire, security) and complex progammes (capacity building, communities, business improvement, transformation, income generation, fundraising, infrastructure, engineering, equipment acquisition and information systems). I have been privileged to lead many inspiring people and amazing teams. I have a philanthropic heart. Colleagues see me as an authentic and inclusive leader, who builds engaged and high performing teams. I am a balanced person - passionate yet mindful, goal focused yet collaborative, process based yet innovative and adaptable. I enjoy bridging between strategic planning and detailed delivery. I have brought entrepreneurial spirit and solutions to the public, charity, health and education sectors. I have been energised by the challenge of leading the improvement (re-design, pilot, testing, post-mapping, training, coaching, mobilisation) of organisations, business processes, ways of working, behaviours and information systems. leading to energised teams, service quality enhancements, income growth and enhanced outcomes for service users. I have accumulated considerable breadth of experience across income growth, budgets, financial management, audit, assurance, approvals and risk management. I was awarded the Queen\'s Commendation for Valuable Service, for my contribution to the Northern Ireland peace process. I have extensive inter-agency experience across charities, health services, community groups, civic institutions, emergency services, education inspectors, regional assemblies and environment agencies. I have international political and business experience including Kenya, Canada, Belize, Gibraltar, Cyprus, Brunei, Nepal and the South Atlantic.
