Frank Naccarato has over 40 years in the computer Point of Sale industry. He has previously owned a distribution channel for a multinational corporation in Canada, where he learned the value of ensuring the equipment provided and the dealer installing and supporting were a tightly integrated process. He worked with dealer’s right across the country and as he worked closely with them, he developed a keen understanding of their unique concerns and requirements in their part of the country. His strong sense of customer satisfaction comes from witnessing the fulfilment that customers received day in and day out. Mr. Naccarato has a proven technical background stemming from his formal electronics training and computer programming acumen. As a result, he can look at any systems situation and penetrate beneath any problem and more quickly and accurately understand the root of an issue.
