ABOUT FRANK MITTELBACH
Frank has more than 25 years of experience in automation of processes and tools in the areas of system management, monitoring, and reporting; enterprise framework design and implementation; configuration data management and concepts; escalation management; automated typesetting and document processing. Until the end of 2015 he worked as Lead Architect for WW ESM (Worldwide Enterprise Service Management) in the ES Management organization of HP. In the past Frank has designed and developed both tools and data models for escalation, configuration and request management, which have improved the quality and effectiveness of work in the leveraged environment. Frank also has proven experience with automated typesetting research and multilingual typesetting questions. He is the series editor for Addison-Wesley’s “Tools and techniques on computer typesetting\" series. He has written and co-written several books in that field and has been an invited speaker at a number of international conferences on these subjects.
