ABOUT FRANK MAGLIOCCO

I’m the National Leader for Private Clients, PwC Canada and a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team. I’m a trusted business advisor with more than 30 years\' experience understanding the business issues for owners and leaders of private companies. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with private and public companies on the delivery of audit services and coordinating the delivery of our tax and advisory services for real estate clients. I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that real estate companies face today and believe in building lasting relationships with my clients so that we can get to the heart of the issues together. During my career at PwC Canada, I’ve also held several leadership positions. Prior to taking on the National Leader for Private Clients, I was the firm’s Canadian Real Estate Leader, where I collaborated with my team to bring value to our clients’ every day so they can achieve long-term success. I was also the GTA Private Company Services Leader and the Audit Leader for the Canadian Real Estate Practice. I have advised many companies in the broad real estate sector including property developers, residential construction companies, large national offices, industrial, retail and residential property owners, and property managers. I have been a board member and Chair of the Audit Committee of Providence Healthcare Foundation, board member and member of the Finance committee of BiLD (Building Industry and Land Development Association), treasurer and board member of the Urban Land Institute, and board member and treasurer of Camp Ooch, a camp for children with cancer. Currently I’m a board member and Chair of the Audit and Finance committee of ICFF (Italian Contemporary Film Festival).
