The UAT observations are shared with therelevant team to get the changes implemented in the favor of the branch and customer.• Conceptualized and implemented Bitly banking process (Form 15 G/H, Re KYC (no change), statement, interestcertificate, chequebook, stop payment, stop payment revocation, debit card new issuance and re-issuance, cardblock, card unblock and card hotlisting)• Created the SOPs for record management, settlement of deceased claims, keys guide, credit card sourcingthrough e-KYC tablet, address change/ mobile no. update/ email ID updation through e-KYC tablet and Aadhaarde-seeding request through e-KYC tablet.• Trained the stakeholders and branches on the new processes that are released.• Responsible for handling queries raised by the branches and providing them with a resolution.• Accountable for analyzing and implementing the observations raised by the Internal audit team after checkingthe impact and feasibility of the observation.
