   Design, develop, implement, monitor and document security controls for the protection of computer systems, networks and information assets to support NOAA NEDIS compliance. • Manage daily activities by coordination with system developers and management to effectively meet the deliverables and schedule of the project. • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks • Assisted in various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure efficient, scalable solutions. • Participation in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, procedures and knowledge-based articles. • Assist in monitoring and assessing new technology developments suitable for use within NESDIS and advice and support the IT Security Architect. • Participate in various cybersecurity audits, risk analysis, vulnerability testing, and reviews • Propose and implement as pertinent, new security solutions to address NEDIS security challenges, conduct proof of concept.
