Ensures timely completion of projects, quality control of work and product, and logistics of the project life cycle.Conducts report reviews, offers technical advice on BSI projects to junior staff, trains junior employees, responds as needed to multiple high profile/high sensitivity client emergencies as a representative of Hillmann; interfaces with representatives of property ownership, insurance, general/specialty contractors. Directs remediation/abatement crews for projects up to 30+ floors on proper remediation techniques and scope of removal on emergency large scale mold/lead/asbestos/fire jobs.(Interim equipment manager role 10/23-5/24): Responsible for department equipment calibration, repairs and training on equipment, and coordinating accessibility of equipment. Responds to disaster jobs due to fires/flooding as needed.Performs mold/lead/asbestos assessments, direct read/lab/pump based LEED/Fitwel/WELL indoor air quality assessments, IH/industrial hygiene exposure assessment, water sampling, mercury vapor assessment, soil sampling, PCB bulk sampling, personal dosimetry and sampling, etc. Provides client support through technical consulting, report writing on all previously mentioned field work activities, and other client service activities associated with project management. Responds on an on-call basis to emergency Building Science and Industrial Hygiene jobs
