   Developed new systems for the payments reconciliation area, using cloud-native solutions and new technologies like blockchain for reconciliation with partner companies(Carriers). Designed, Led, and Developed an Insights platform for business users to know what actions to take when anomalies are identified in the reconciliation accounts they manage, this included- Machine Learning Model to detect anomalies in data arrival cadence and size to detect missing or incomplete files- ETL process to allow the implementation of a unified view across all tenants handled by business users, leading to a 20% increase user efficiency when dealing with reconciliation fallout- Unified user management into a single system for all reconciliation tenants- Alert system to let users know when action is needed and what actions to take. Led and implemented an ingress/egress platform from internal and external payment partners into the reconciliation platform, completely based on serverless frameworks and using Machine Learning to proactively detect possible problems with data arrival patterns. Led the End to End Design and implementation of a business observability platform to allow our business users to know the root cause of unreconciled transactions and quickly address the problems. Led and implemented various initiatives like a Blockchain-based reconciliation project with Apple partners utilizing Hyperledger Fabric. Designed and implemented improvements to current systems saving up to 2/3 of the resources during payment reconciliation. Designed and implemented Apple-wide initiatives to integrate internal systems directly with cloud-native monitoring tools.
