Job entails undertaking work at the MCC HQ in Washington, DC plus work undertaken at the MCC Accountable Entities in different countries (for different durations) as delegated or seconded by MCC. All MCC Accountable Entities (Compacts) use SAP ECC 3.0 as ERP and Power BI for myriad analyses, including assessment of procurement lead times- Carried out procurement supervision missions and reviews on behalf of MCC PAA in select countries (Lesotho, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Malawi)- Prepared Manuals, Guidelines, Guidances, Handbooks and solicitation documents for the Program Acquisition and Assistance Group in Washington DC HQ- Responsible for the research, identification, contract and contract management of all SaaS subscriptions for all MCC Accountable Entities- Managed procurement operations across seven countries ensuring compliance with international procurement standards and optimizing supply chain efficiency-Undertook procurement for Works using FIDIC Red Book for major works in Nepal and Sierra Leone- Undertook CAPEX procurements- Managed procurement for complex consulting services in Sierra Leone, Malawi, Nepal,Mongolia, Togo, Benin, Belize, and Zambia. Services include consulting services, technical assistance (TAs), audits, surveys, fiduciary agents, design and supervision of works, design-build- Worked as Procurement Agent Manager for Sierra Leone - between 2017 and 2020 - under the same arrangement.
