I specialize in helping businesses and organizations with their Chief Financial Officer (CFO) transitions. I give the leadership the time to optimize their investment in the search process. I bring over 30 years of financial management, primarily in financial services, real estate-based companies, health care services companies and non-profits. I have extensive knowledge of scaling operations, endowment management, merger and acquisitions, including leading the due diligence and post-close integration of 15 acquisitions. I was the CEO of a SEC registered mutual fund and investment adviser. I led the re-financing of more than $110 million in taxable and nontaxable bonds and I have worked with venture capital and private equity funded companies, which ranged from pre-revenue to over $500 million in revenues. Prior to joining FLG, I served as CFO for two multi-state senior living companies one of which was acquired by a public company. I also helped start a community bank that has grown to more than $500 million in assets.
