WORK HISTORY
Sales Director @Classic Cars Of Palm Beach Llc
Jupiter, FL, US
I joined Classic Cars at the bequest of John Giasullo, former COO of OffleaseOnly, with whom I worked with years before. Here he put together a small staff of his former employees who understood the concept he had previously built and recreated it on a smaller scale, 100 units vs. units. Here I took on a role of performing all the functions I\'d previously was successful at throughout my career; Salesman, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, BDC Manager and anything to assist us in selling our product. We used a very defined process which differentiated us from everyone in this business and the proof of the pudding is we have since opened two more sites. We are very active on YouTube posting videos which we all participate in making. 60% of our business is done online through text and email and electronically contracted. We deliver vehicles throughout the United States. I\'m currently in our new Stuart location ramping up this location.

ABOUT FRANK RAMOS
Having spent close to 30 years in Automotive Retail Sales, I\'ve reflected on that experience and what rewards it has brought me. Integrity is foremost on the list followed closely by Leadership. It\'s a slippery slope implementing vision with the myriad of people and personalities, generational mind sets and rapid changes of the landscape. Lots of failure, well earned success and renewed failure shape a Leader. The culture it\'s Leader creates is quintessential to the success of an organization and is in itself the rock. When a Leader moves on the group doesn\'t implode if the culture is well established and that in itself will be enough to keep it moving forward. I\'m proud of having a record of developing staff members into the leaders they are today. Mentoring and supporting those with desire and commitment must be evident in those you choose to lead your staff. Today, some view the Internet as the single biggest threat to Brick and Mortar businesses instead of embracing it as our greatest ally. In light of the recent and ongoing pandemic, the internet has proven to be society\'s greatest business ally. Build it and they will come from the comfort of their home, their sanctuary. But woe, most dealers can\'t get their staff to even post online. How do you get staff to do whatever it takes to rein in success? How do you get staff to respond to today\'s marketplace of transparency? Hire a Leader. Hire one that runs behind the pack, that nurtures the individual as well as the team, who is demanding but fair, and who isn\'t beyond breaking a sweat. In each of my professional roles, I have been successful in producing superior results in high volume dealerships and I have a consistent history of advancing shared company goals. My resume provides further detail on my talent for team collaboration and leadership, as well as my passion for problem solving; it is my goal to apply these skills to the progress of a growing company.
