Throughout my 15+ year career, I have acquired a diverse functional knowledge base spanning strategic planning, M&A, project management, finance, accounting, IT, and operations. In my former role as PMO Director, I improve profitability by leading enterprise-initiatives, including cost reduction, process automation, and manufacturing process optimization. I lead strategic planning sessions which have facilitated a 29% growth in revenues through organic expansions (new products) and acquisitions. I facilitated the acquisition of Caristrap Companies with locations in Croatia, Canada, and Mexico, by introducing the partners, serving on the due diligence team, and leading the integration team. Previously as a Product Line Manager, I relaunched a product line, leading to increased revenues and margins, and decreased raw material costs.
