Currently- Founder of a hybrid fitness business dedicated to providing efficient fitness solutions- Expert in client retention/business dev strategies, ensuring lasting relationships and results- Featured in the New York Daily News, News12, Time Magazine, Fox5, and Sports Illustrated. I went from writing for major publications as a journalist to finding a passion in fitness after finishing my graduate degree. As a trainer, I’ve serviced over personal training sessions and formerly ranked in Equinox\'s top 250 trainers worldwide. In 2023, I started Levolution Athletics, a private coaching brand and the vehicle for my foray into commercial fitness. Now, I work with Talkspace to provide high quality therapy to people across the globe. Pivotal Moments:My trajectory shifted when I saw the value in training with a hybrid model (remote + in-person), extending my reach beyond borders and connecting with clients nationwide. I wanted autonomy, and this provided it. Driving Forces:I\'m deeply passionate about helping people integrate fitness into their lives since doing so actually saved me from depression and anxiety. It\'s also why I co-founded The Paper Bag Mask Foundation, a non-profit focused on providing easy-access mental health solutions. Future Aspirations:I envision venturing into commercial fitness on grander scales, delving into gym buildouts. I aim to emerge as a trailblazer in shaping innovative fitness spaces that inspire and invigorate. Beyond Work:Outside of fitness, I\'m a basketball player, a runner, and a video-gamer (don\'t try to challenge me at Super Smash Bros - it won\'t go well for you).
