I\'m a life-long learner with a passion for education - Some topics I\'m exploring right now include training facilitation, Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, and people analytics. If you have any suggestions of good resources, I am all ears!My current role allows me to aid our health plan sales team in educating their clients on how to enhance current chronic condition management and telehealth programs for their populations, allowing those individuals to lead healthier lives. Additionally, I get the opportunity to interface with the new hires in the health plan and client management sales organization, to be a friendly face and an intermediary contact between sales and our sales training team.When I\'m not helping others succeed in the workplace, I am exploring my passions in the Chicago performing arts community. The arts have been and continue to be an enormous part of who I am, and have taught me important life lessons and skills applicable in my everyday life.
