District of Columbia and Florida Bar–licensed attorney with a unique background spanning Division I athletics, international business, and international trade corporate diligence and regulatory law.I focus my legal practice on U.S. national security and international trade laws, including export controls (ITAR/EAR), economic sanctions (OFAC), anti-corruption compliance (FCPA), and foreign investment review (CFIUS). My experience includes roles at top-tier firms such as Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Greenberg Traurig, as well as time with KPMG’s advisory group, helping clients navigate complex cross-border compliance challenges.Before entering the legal field, I earned a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, an M.A. in International Business, and a B.A. in Political Science with a Business Management minor — all from UF. I also played five seasons with the Florida Gators football program, where I was a 2-year letterman, 2014 leading scorer, full athletic scholarship recipient, and 4-time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree.Earlier in my career, I interned with U.S. Senator Marco Rubio in Washington, D.C, gaining firsthand insight into the legislative process and federal policymaking.
