As a Store Brand leader my role is to lead and inspire by taking a forward-thinking and Omni Chanel approach to the retail activation experience of the brand, reporting to the District Brand Leader and working closely with their design and marketing team focusing on their East London branch next to head office, the aim is to deliver a unique and entrepreneurial brand experience by taking a progressive approach to in-store creative pop-ups, events, display, customer experience and leadership to ultimately drive sales and engage consumers to ultimately build on Free People community.
