ABOUT FRANKIE KING
I currently oversee three teams for BMHCC. I oversee our corporations CDM(Charge Description Master) team who is responsible for all aspects of building new hcpcs and CPT procedures to ensure hard coding, revenue code assignment, and pricing methodologies are correct for all entities. I oversee revenue charge audit functions who support defense charge audits requested by payors. I oversee revenue integrity team who analyze our claim edits to prevent unnecessary denials. I work closely with corporate system clinical leaders to ensure EPIC documentation supports requirements for correct charging practices based on coding guidelines. I oversee projects to enhance system gross revenue, reimbursement, and to ensure that all aspects of compliance is met specific to charge capture. Prior to my current role, I have spent all previous years in operations involving Patient Access functions at multiple entities and corporate level.
