In short, Homebase\'s mission is to build community capacity to end homelessness. This effort comes in a number of services.My work providing direct services invovles meeting frequently with community clients, this includes, but is not limted to the following: municipalities, counties, the state, and federal government. I provide technical assistance that helps to shape their policies and programs as they pertain to serving the homeless community. Here some aspects of my work gathering and analyzing both quiltative and quantative data, cross-team collaboration and leadership, standing up programs, preparing budgets, creating spreadsheet tools to track finances, and more.
