Currently leading three teams in the Commercial domain of the Quick Commerce vertical at Delivery Hero- Personalized Experience, focused on customer insights and personalization through CRM models, ranking and recommenders- Pricing Intelligence, focused on large scale models for price and promotion optimization for hundreds of thousands of products- Assortment Intelligence, optimizing the assortment of products in dark stores across 50 countriesNext to my regular job I\'m working as a freelancer, giving 1-2 day workshops on machine learning topics and helping companies implement their first ML capabilities.Until July 2020 I was team lead for a BI and ML projects focused on sales and ops at Quandoo.Until February 2017 I was leading business intelligence projects as well as working in a team responsible for the operational and strategical controlling for Veganz, a start-up in the food industry. Before joining Veganz I worked as a project and process manager for a newly founded restaurant in Berlin.Until March 2013 I was an employee at Cassini Consulting and focused on project management as well as controlling and ITSM. My main project involved financial project controlling for a large government infrastructure project.Until October 2011 I was part of a university program by IBM in which I studied Information Management and worked at IBM for six semesters. There I gained a diverse experience in fields such as organisational change management, a green IT initiative at an automobile company, business analytics, software marketing and post M&A intergration.
