As Senior Vice President, Distribution and Licensing Services, I manage and supervise the Porzio Compliance Services Licensing Team which assists clients in preparing the necessary applications for licensure necessary in the fifty states and District of Columbia for the distribution of prescription and over-the-counter drugs, controlled substances and medical devices. In addition to preparation of applications and supporting documents, we also interact with the various state agencies in shepherding the applications through the regulatory process. PorzioCS also serves as an outsource solution for the management of license renewals. We also consult and assist with change projects, such as changes in name, ownership, or address, to ensure that distribution activities can continue seamlessly.
