Born in Santa Clara, Cuba and raised in Orlando, Florida, I carry with me a deep appreciation for culture, people, and the transformative power of faith. My relationship with Christ guides the way I work, lead, and serve, shaping my desire to honor God through excellence, integrity, and compassion. From my start in on-site leasing to my current role with Highmark Residential, I’ve been given the opportunity to learn full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, employee wellness, and social responsibility.
