Frank is the Senior Vice President, Software & Infrastructure Engineering at MillerKnoll (NASDAQ: MLKN, supporting its collective of dynamic brands. In this role, Frank oversees a diverse set of technologies responsible for driving multiple segments of the global business. The scope of this role includes applications and systems that drive B2B and B2C businesses such as ERP, WMS, POS, OMS, CRM, and various web, commerce, content, marketing, and manufacturing technologies as well as functions such as systems integration, DevOps, and quality assurance. In addition to software engineering, Frank is responsible for the enterprise wide, global infrastructure including servers, network, end points, collaboration tools, service desk, and onsite support.Formally reporting into the Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, Frank is a member of multiple cross functional leadership teams across the organization. He is currently leading a global team of 300 technologists and is responsible for a budget in excess of $50M.Prior to joining MillerKnoll, Frank spent over sixteen years in progressively more senior technical roles at consumer goods companies Newell Brands (NASDAQ:NWL) and Jarden Corporation (NYSE:JAH) transitioning from hands-on engineering roles and into leadership roles.Frank\'s career has been 100% focused on solving business challenges with technology. He has had the opportunity to bring brand new capabilities into organizations as well as work on numerous merger and acquisition projects focused on technology and team integrations. Frank is a people first leader who enjoys creating collaborative, engaging, and trusting team environments. He has experience building teams and the culture necessary to retain top talent.Frank\'s experience goes beyond vendor management to truly build partnerships with trusted vendors.
