The Chief Legal officer is a member of the Executive Management team and provides expert strategic advice and counsel on broad based legal, compliance, ethics, and business issues and solutions to the Board of Directors, Executives, Senior Managers, and Staff. Manages all aspects of the Company’s Legal, Environmental and Risk functions, and at various times in the past responsible for the Company’s HR function. Performs Corporate Secretary duties for LTR Intermediate Holdings, Inc. and its twenty-one subsidiaries and leads a team of five professionals (lawyers, paralegal, other professionals) as a full-service legal, compliance and risk organization.
