Accomplished award-winning professional with 40+ years corporate, entrepreneurial and international combined senior level business experience. Founder, President, CEO, Unified Progress International (UPI) Education established in 2004, providing Life Skills Solutions(TM) training for school students and communities. UPI Education launched the UPI Loan Fund (2020), as an emerging Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to provide low cost loans to the unbanked, under-banked, low/moderate income communities as designated by U.S. Census tracts. Lived in Asia (Singapore and Thailand) for 20+ years. Worked for an international British defense and aerospace corporation, as Regional Director, Western Asia Pacific, based in Bangkok. Responsible for corporate marketing activities in Thailand, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Led and motivated 27 foreign “in-country” independent company agents - representing the 50 different companies under our corporate umbrella (comprised of more than employees). Mr. Crump, on average, was responsible for the uncovering of $300 million in new business opportunities annually. As Managing Director.co-founded Edmon Holdings, a Telecoms company based in Singapore; outsourcing experienced telecoms engineers to Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola, Lucent Technologies and other cellular/mobile suppliers for installation and optimization projects throughout Asia, Australia and Africa. As an Independent Flori Roberts Cosmetics Distributor based in Singapore.was responsible for establishing the cosmetic line in Malaysia and Singapore (C.K. Tangs). Founder, Unified Progress Inc, an investment company having an approved (Pennsylvania) Private Placement Memorandum. The company was designed to bring top athletes and entertainers under one roof as investors and thereby turn their invested dollars into investments within small and medium-sized businesses, with a focus on African-American businesses - guiding and providing these businesses with the tools needed to grow and eventually go public. Co-Founder, President and Chairman, of United Chem-Con Corporation, a defense products manufacturing company, which grew to become listed as one of America\'s Top 100 Black-owned businesses (listed in Black Enterprise Magazine). For economic, social and charitable impact, to help those in need of creating wealth and access to capital I have established Unified Progress International (UPI) Education, the UPI Constellation, the UPI Strategic Business Unit and the UPI Loan Fund.

   A 501c(3) Nonprofit organization providing Life Skills Solutions™ to school students, parents, teachers, community organizers, nonprofit organizations, college students and school board members: Created a copy-written UPI Life Skills Solutions™ training program. Established the initial UPI Life Skills Solutions™ “Pilot” programs, with success in New Haven, CT high schools as an “Accredited” class and in Ansonia, CT middle school as an “Afterschool” program. Partnered with the FBI (Washington, DC) providing mentorship and community relations training at the Steve Harvey Foundation’s Annual Youth Development program, for African-American young men and their single Moms from cities across America. Selected by Arizona State Representative Mark Anderson, to help create State Bill #HR2743 requiring life skills training for all Arizona public school students. Secured UPI Education “Preferred Provider” status via the State of Arizona, Department of Education i.e. Character Education. Established partnerships in Arizona with Arizona State University, Maricopa Community Colleges (Rio Salado), Arizona Department of Education, Greater Phoenix Urban League, City of Phoenix Project Brave, The Black Chamber of Arizona, Tri-Caucus, George Washington Carver Museum and Academy of Excellence - working in developing a student pipeline leading from education to careers.
