I have spent my career building expertise in Business Intelligence, merchandise planning and allocation, store planning, global inventory and sales planning, project management and an empathic leader of high performing teams.Throughout my career, I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful improvements to our applications and analytics infrastructure. As a subject matter expert in the implementation of the JDA planning suite and as the project manager for the business intelligence application MicroStrategy, I have honed my skills in managing complex technology solutions.In smaller companies, I played a pivotal role in building out IT infrastructure to support planning and merchandising functions. And over the last 5 years, I have transitioned to a senior director in techology, managing multiple scrum teams to deliver our technology portfolio, led the BI dev team to deliver valuable analytics solutions that benefit end consumers.Last serving as the portfolio management lead at Rag & Bone, I lead delivery teams across BI and applications utilizing Agile and Scrum frameworks.
