I’m a law professor at George Washington University Law School and a researcher dedicated to advancing justice through law and public policy. My work focuses on the LGBTQ+ community, particularly in the areas of legal rights and protections, health equity, and family formation—combining academic rigor with real-world impact. I’ve authored and contributed to influential research that shapes legislative and judicial strategies, and I’ve collaborated across disciplines to advance inclusive, evidence-based policy solutions. My work has been cited in national and international media, reflecting its relevance to ongoing public discourse and policymaking. As an educator, I’m deeply committed to teaching and mentoring the next generation of legal minds, bringing both scholarly depth and practical insight into the classroom. With experience in legal analysis, public engagement, and advocacy, I strive to use the law as a tool for equity, dignity, and systemic change. I am also pursuing a PhD in Social Policy at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy & Public Administration at George Washington University.
