As leader of Global Event Enablement Services, I drive the event support strategy and service required to support some of our high profile events and EY wavespace experiences. We are responsible for the end to end technology support including intake, coordination and execution of event support. EY wavespace is an experience that combines a physical, mental and digital approach to asking better questions with our clients to help them re-imagine their future, explore innovative ideas and thrive in the Transformative Age, building EY’s brand as a leader in transformation and innovation. My mission is to enhance the quality of support provided at wavespace centers and foster collaboration amongst support personnel, owning the end to end delivery of support.Furthermore, we provide dedicated certified technology support individuals for in-office, virtual and external EY showcase events. We deliver with a focus on being more responsive and efficient to meet our customer needs in the changing marketplace. I am focused on delivering the highest level of quality for Meeting & Event Services and Firm events. I connect with my customers and understand their technical requirements to assist in planning each EY event. I also drive and manage technology sourcing by working with vendors as well as event venues in IT/AV negotiations. Always, proactively thinking ahead of technology trends and providing support with a global mind-set. This role is a leadership position that requires building relationships with Global Area and Regional IT Leaders. My role establishes deep relationships with Talent and Global Event Planners ensuring we maintain a consistent focus on Customer Service and a strong brand for EY Technology.

I also lead some of the Executive Level Events around the globe, and manage the activities of participating IT staff at those events. My role establishes deep relationships with Talent and Global Event Planners ensuring we maintain a consistent focus on Customer Service and a strong brand for EY Technology. In addition, I coordinate and manage the Technology Showcase events (Expos) at many of our high profile programs.
