Frank X. Neuner, Jr. joined Cliffe E. Laborde Jr. in 1987 to form NeunerPate. Since then their law firm has grown from four lawyers with a staff of four, to 21 lawyers with a staff of 40. Mr. Neuner’s dedication to running a successful practice is driven by his love of learning about clients and is inspired by the challenge of serving and protecting them. Mr. Neuner’s areas of practice include Admiralty & Maritime, Insurance, Employment Law, Commercial and Toxic Tort Litigation. He was named “Best Lawyers’ Lawyer of the Year” for 2010 and 2011 in Admiralty & Maritime Law for the Baton Rouge Area. His countless awards and citations are a testament to his dedication to the discipline of law and support for those who practice. As Chair of the Louisiana Public Defender Board, he is currently spearheading the drive for legislation to provide defense for the indigent.
