I\'m a law graduate and Paralegal who also has 10 years of experience working with companies and engineers internationally (Europe and the Americas) in the Tech, Aerospace and Space sectors, as a technical recruiter and writer (ads, original copy, reviews, etc.).I have spent my career working closely with senior management of engineering companies (in various sectors and disciplines) to help define and gather their requirements, before then devising and implementing the right strategy best suited to meeting those requirements, navigating any challenges, and ultimately ensuring successful delivery on their hiring projects (and in turn their engineering projects). I am an adaptable and resilient individual who works hard to hit or exceed targets put in front of me. I am well experienced in grasping complex engineering ideas (e.g. systems engineering for radar or software systems, software engineering, mechanical design, and more) at an overview level in order to understand how best to partner with clients and stakeholders to help to achieve their goals.
