I have been in the building industry for over 45 years and continue to see the lack of scalability and industrialization as a problem in a significant segment of the homebuilding market. My impetus for founding Proto Homes was to explore alternate and novel approaches to homebuilding; thus, the name PROTO and the mission to invent. Proto Homes is an industrialized homebuilding platform. Proto Platform is an innovative end-to-end set of digital tools that manage all aspects of homebuilding, revolving around Proto proprietary components. I’ve always believed that the whole point of modern architecture was to make building and owning a contemporary home accessible and affordable. I founded Proto Homes with one goal in mind: reinvent the home production model to make it more accessible, efficient, cost-effective and scalable for builders at every tier of the market.
