About Frank Tuitt

Over 25 years as an administrator, academic, and change agent with a proven track-record of helping higher education institutions in the U.S.(and more recently around the globe) plan, develop and implement strategic initiatives that build and sustain highly effective, equity-minded, and inclusive campus environments for all members, with a particular emphasis on access and success for historically marginalized communities. My scholarship and praxis are dedicated to the examination and exploration of topics related to access and equity in higher education for faculty, staff and students; teaching and learning in racially diverse college classrooms; and diversity and organizational transformation with a particular focus on recruitment and retention of diverse faculty, staff and students. Specifically, my research critically examines issues of race, Inclusive Excellence, and diversity in and outside the classroom from the purview of faculty and students.
