Managed RE\'s and Office Support Staff on multiple projects in the Town of Framingham, MA on a $200 Million Capital Improvement Program. Recently worked in Cambridge, MA as Chief RE on the $6 Million Myrtle/Magnolia Drainage Improvement Project. Prior to joining Kleinfelder Mr. Trubiano worked as a Senior Project Manager at Modern Contintinental Construction. In the capacity of Senior Project Manager managed the construction of numerous Heavy Civil & Highway Projects, Water & Sewerage Treatment Facilities, Complex Utility and Trenchless Projects ranging in cost from $5 million to over $300 million dollars. Managed Modern Continental\'s St. James Avenue Interceptor Project for the BWSC which won Trenchless Technology magazine\'s award for Trenchless Project of the Year in 1996 for both new and rehabilitation work. Other major projects include the $300 million CA/T 17A1 CASB/CANB Congress to High Street and the $180 million CA/T 09C2 I-90/I-93 Interchange. Extensive experience in pipe bursting, microtunneling, cured in place lining and manhole rehabilitation. Other trenchless projects include a 96\" rock microtunnel for the City of Atlanta, GA and work on the NBC CSO project in Providence, RI. Management of the projects involved full accountability for the planning, construction and profitability of the projects. Prior to employment at Modern Continental Mr. Trubiano worked as a Chief Resident Engineer for twenty two years with Metcalf & Eddy and Weston & Sampson on Utility, Pump Station, Water & Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Landfill closures throughout New England.
