As the appointed Onsite Logistical Coordinator for the American College of Surgeons Trauma Center Readiness Review within the HCA Continental Division, I orchestrate seamless logistical coordination & execution for trauma centers ranging from Level 1 to Level 4. With a keen focus on ensuring the smooth execution of site visits, I am responsible for managing scheduling, logistics, and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and ACS/State review teams. My role extends beyond logistical management to encompass strategic leadership, relationship cultivation, and educational initiatives aimed at fostering excellence in trauma care and driving organizational success.I am also reasonable for preparation, coordinator and execution of the virtual “Hospital Tour” segment of the regulatory review. I have participated in six successful American College of Surgeons Trauma Readiness Reviews in multiple states resulting in zero deficiencies.
