Main duties: In charge of end to end recruitment process in UK, US and MENA Building recruitment processes (approvals, attraction, PSL) Advising Hiring Managers on advertising, selection methods, offer negotiations Creating and managing Graduate Assessments alongside Hiring Managers Reporting to Directors on recruitment activity Partnering with management team across the West Region by initiating and attending resourcing meetings and delivering plans Managing PSL Promoting internal opportunities and improving process
