About Frank Surace
I am a current sophomore at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, majoring in Finance and part of the Foote Fellows Honors Program with support from the Ronald A. Hammond full academic scholarship. My work experiences vary across different settings, from managing apartment sales and resident relations at Vox Asset Living Housing Complex, to interning with a Supreme Court Criminal Term Justice in New York, to leading safety/management operations as Head Lifeguard at the Great Kills Swim Club. Currently on campus, I am also a member of the UM Mock Trial Team, where I get to combine strategy, analysis, and public speaking in competition. Across these roles, I have built a mix of financial, legal, and leadership skills that I am looking forward to carrying into a career in financial and legal services.

Participating in a selective, bipartisan program addressing Miami\'s education crisis and policy. Collaborating closely with a diverse team through structured dialogues, deliberations, and conflict resolution exercises. Our team is analyzing existing policies, developing an innovative bipartisan recommendation aimed at improving education policy, and will present these proposals to government officials and local community leaders.
